Founded in 1982, Star Coaches provides a modern range of 16 to 98 seater luxury coaches for hire. Located in Batley, we are ideally placed to provide coach hire in Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield and across West Yorkshire, for travel anywhere in the UK.
With a designated vehicle safety officer in place for the fleet, all the coaches and minibuses at Star Coaches follow a strict vehicle inspection and maintenance schedule.
With a team of dedicated cleaners following a strict daily cleaning regime, this ensures a pleasant and comfortable journey for all of our valued and loyal customers. We are large enough to cope, but small enough to care.

Our fleet is inspected and cleaned every day to ensure vehicles are sent out in pristine condition for each job. In the unlikely event of an emergency, a duty manager is always on call.

We bought our first brand new Mercedes minibus to service Kirklees school transport contracts.
We built a garage for light maintenance at the back of George Street.
We bought a third brand new Mercedes minibus and changed our brand colour to metallic blue.
We started operating larger midi-coaches, seating 33 passengers.
Imran took over the business from his father and began expanding the fleet to include 57 and 72 seater executive coaches.
We bought our first brand new full-size coach.
We acquired a 2.5-acre site of land, conveniently located opposite our George Street site.
