When booking your trip, you should provide some basic details:

We’d recommend booking your coach as soon as possible to ensure vehicle availability. Note that you will need to make a payment and deposit 14 days before the date of hire – deposits vary for each booking, so it’s best to contact our team. You can pay by card, bank transfer, cash or cheque.

There are a few restrictions regarding what is allowed on the coach. We are happy for passengers to eat and drink onboard our vehicles, but please avoid excessively greasy food and ensure all rubbish is removed from the vehicle upon exit.

We don’t allow pets on board unless they are an emotional support, service animal or therapy animal. If this is the case, we do require proper documentation before the journey.

You’re welcome to play your own music on the vehicle – our executive vehicles have PA systems built in. If required on the day, please speak to the driver and they will arrange for this to be accessible.
