Used Star coaches for a 'Birthday Race Trip', with stop off's both on route and on return.The coach was very comfortable and the driver, Richard, was very pleasant and accommodating.I will definitely use again and recommend.

We used Star Coaches for our wedding on Friday 11th April.From getting quotes to making and confirming our booking and then on the day itself, Star Coaches were a pleasure to deal with. Lovely coach (the black mini on their website), comfy & lots of legroom. Our driver was punctual for both journeys to and from Leeds Civic Hall and was helpful and very friendly. Cannot speak highly enough of this company and their prices were more competitive than any of their rivals. Would definitely use again if required.

We booked star coaches for our day out at the grand national and the service from start to finish has been exceptional. Jonathan/Johnny made the booking super simple and easy nothing was a bother for him, the quotes sent were competitively priced and he was so beyond helpful answering every question quickly and efficiently. His customer service ultimately was the reason why we chose to go with Star coaches.The coach driver Richard was just the best, when people needed to stop for a bathroom break or be dropped off on the way route home nothing was a bother for him, he was nice and calm and fun and felt like apart of the group going to the races. Exceptional service and really adds to the day. Throughly enjoyed his company and we hope he did ours.Please thank him for us all.The coach itself was nice and clean, you never know what to expect the first time you use a new service but it exceeded expectations and then some.And finally Lauren has been great as an item was left on the coach and she has being beyond helpful.We will be using Star coaches in the future whenever we need to and we would recommend Star coaches to others.Cannot fault a single part of the service from the beginning right till the end.Thank you.

Been working for this company now as a driver for 2 months now and can truly say it’s the best company to work for in West Yorkshire the management and the drivers are very friendly and a family oriented company.I’d definitely recommend working for star coaches

At star coaches as a driver you start your day by grabbing the keys to your vehicle, checking everything over making sure that everything is in good working order then filling in a form on an app on your phone, the app system is a streamline process much more efficient than public bus companies and allows a much more direct way to get any issues over to mechanics fast,I always found all vehicles to be properly maintained and clean. although it is the drivers duty to clean the bus at the end of the shift, if any further cleaning is necessary, it was done by a member of staff on site which was great.The jobs were generally fun to do with excellent clientele, one thing I really enjoyed about working at Star Coaches was that no two days were the same, in summer I would usually do trips to the beach museums and all different types of out door activities.The company also realise heavily on schoolwork with private schools located in Bradford, Wakefield, Halifax and Leeds, I generally found the students to be respectful and not too loud considering their age.The hardest part of the job would probably be the school runs and football fans.so the job is in fact not very difficult and rather enjoyable.My experience of management was excellent always there if you had any questions or issues.This is a family run Business and that comes through in the way your treated.Finally my overall experience of the job was excellent and had I not been leaving the country to move to Australia I would’ve stayed in this company indefinitely!Thanks to all the family at star Coaches!
