  • All minibuses and coaches as standard will be inspected prior to departure
  • Our coaches and minbuses arrive 10 minutes before pickup time
  • All of our drivers are DBS checked
  • All vehicles will contain First Aid Kits and Fire Extinguishers
  • Full Risk Assessment policies and procedure are in place and available
  • 24hr breakdown call-out procedures in place.
  • Experienced polite and courteous uniformed drivers.
  • All coaches have seat lap belts or 3 point belts, some have CCTV installed.

Important Information

  • There is an effective complaints procedure in place for all customers
  • Vehicle tracking systems are installed to monitor vehicle progress and driver behaviour.
  • Customers journey documents will accurately reflect the customers booking
  • In cases of emergency, a duty manager is on call 24hrs
  • Strict vehicle maintenance and inspection routine in place.
  • Fully comprehensive insurance on all coaches and minbuses.
